Ever since I could remember being a Redskins fan, I have always set my expectations high in the beginning of every season, like many other Skins fans. But as the the seasons went on my high expectations turned into a big disappointments. This is a norm for redskins fans for the past 10 or so years. In that time we've been though 15 or more quarterbacks, and 8 different coaches. Because the Redskins owner Daniel Snyder is so wealthy, he'll never hesitate to fire struggling coach and spend top dollar for a replacement, the same goes for most players on the Redskins. Some say that the Redskins are the Yankees of the NFL. When it comes down to it the Redskins have enough money to sign any player. But lately the Redskins have changed the way they do business. During last years off-season they did not sign any big names, instead they stuck with most players they had. This was the first time the Redskins had not signed any big names during the off-season. The Redskins were looking for change. That change was stability.
The Redskins barley pulled off a win today against the New York Jets. They won by an extra point in overtime. This pulled the Redskins record up to a 5-3 record. A record we haven't been able to reach in a couple year. Will this be the year? The year where we actually "do something." Only time will tell...

my first post

Whats up!
